A vintage advertising mirror for Avery Scales, set in cast iron and enamelled. 
Smaller versions of these were often attached to the scales to allow the customer to see that the butcher or greengrocer was weighting their items correctly. But I've not seen such a large one, so this may have been used purely as an advertising item. 
Some light foxing as seen, but otherwise a very nice example.
