An original and quirky Bordallo Pinheiro majolica lobster and cabbage leaf dish.
Bordallo Pineheiro was established in Portugal in 1884 by Raphael Bordallo Pinheiro and is still offered for sale today in places like Liberty’s and Harrods.
This hallmarked dish is thought to date from the 1950's, but may be earlier.
It’s in very good condition and with only light age related crazing to the glaze.
