This rare item, dating from the 1950's, is the Acme Cellar Tidy. A wall or table top mounted tool storage cabinet.
Patina as you'd expect from a workshop item, but sturdy and with lots of life left.
It could find its way back into a workshop, or alternatively it would make terrific kitchen storage.
